Well, I guess it's back home in a few more days. I really enjoyed staying here. Today I found another thing I fancy about this house: The tub of my parent's bathroom. It's big and it has a terrific few out on the ocean, which is pretty neat. So, that's were I just spend the last hour, soaking in warm water, looking out at the water (I even wore my glasses to see better).
But so far, nothing really has changed. I'm still reading, sleeping and eating (the other night we had perogies; at least for the main part of the day.
Oh yeah, two days ago we went to Vancouver... We didn't see too much of the city because it took my Dad forever to find something good to eat. But I know downtown Van, so it was OK. We then spend the evening at some friend's place (He studied with my Dad). I met a very nice couple there, Ching and Elliot (Well, at least I thought they were nice, Jil and Konsti didn't like them all too much. But Elliot was really interested in the subjects I'll have in university and he sings in a choir. There was little more I needed to know then.)
When speaking of young people I have to write about the ones who live here. They are... unique! I swear, the first time I saw some of them I had to think of a bunch of modern pirates (that's what I call them now, The Modern Pirates). I must admit, their style is pretty cool, I like their look a lot. When we took the fairy from Vancouver, there were two young men with us on the boat and they really looked stunning. Pretty sexy, if I may say so :) Well, I ended up watching Disney cartoons with them. By the way, great cartoons! You know, the really old ones they hardly ever show in Germany? Loved it!
OK, here are two homepages (Jil's and Konsti's) where you can find some pictures. Well, I have to say that those two are a little more talented when it comes to photography then I am, so enjoy:
